• What is GenAIQ?

  GenAIQ is an enterprise-grade agentic generative AI platform built as a full-stack web application. It provides a centralised interface for interacting with large language models (LLMs) and AI services.

  GenAIQ provides various technical capabilities out-of-the-box (e.g. conversational AI chat, agentic document analysis and report creation, node-based agentic workflow creation, entity extraction and many more) and thereby enables rapid implementation of AI and agentic automation use cases for our clients.

  GenAIQ is developed entirely in-house by BearingPoint

• Can GenAIQ understand my documents?

  Adding data to GenAIQ is as easy as drag and drop. Text, images, graphs and audio are all supported. From there, the AI Assistant has access to your Knowledge Base and can query it as needed.

• Which AI providers does it support?

  The platform is fully provider-agnostic; users can choose models from OpenAI, Perplexity, Deepseek and more.

• Why would I use GenAIQ instead of Copilot or similar tools?

  GenAIQ is more flexible in terms of functionality, LLM provision and filetypes supported and it can be fully integrated into the existing client infrastructure. Furthermore, it can be integrated into any technology stack and can be hosted on any cloud and on-premises and thereby provides a lot more potential for customization.

• Is it secure?

  GenAIQ has been designed with security in mind, including data storage entirely within BearingPoint infrastructure, separate isolated instances, role-based access and regular penetration testing

• Does it comply with EU law?

  Compliance is central to GenAIQ’s design. Data is stored on compliant EU servers, and leaves the platform only when communicating with LLM providers whose compliance level is clearly flagged, making compliant usage easy.

• Do I have control over my data?

  Users retain complete control over their data and can delete it (or revoke sharing permissions) at any time.

• Can I configure my own agents?

  The platform supports agent design as well as agentic workflow creation via a low-code editor in order to enable a very intuitive way of setting up automation use cases using only the user interface.
